Sarah is an experienced teacher at a community college, specializing in ecology, environmental science, marine biology, and botany. She has a background in Paleorecords of Global Change and palynology. Sarah recently took a sabbatical to study climate change and coral reef ecosystems in Palau and the Florida Keys. Attending the School of Ice in 2021 enhanced her curriculum development, empowering her to engage her students in hands-on activities that effectively teach climate change science.
